땅은 가시적인 통치의 대상으로 볼 수 있고 그 땅을 통치하는 것은 제도라고 할 수 있다.
하나님은 사람을 통하여 이 세상을 하나님 나라로 잘 다스리도록 의도하셨다.
사탄도 이와 같이 사람을 통하여 세상나라를 지배하고자 한다.
사탄이 이 세상 나라를 지배하는 과정을 [인써전스]① 에서 좋은 통찰을 이야기하였다.

하나님은 이 세상을 사탄의 지배, 속박에서 벗어나게 하셨습니다.
예수 그리스도를 통해서! 할렐루야!
예수님은 사탄이 지배하는 이 땅에 왕으로 오셔서 ‘하나님 나라’를 선포하셨다.
그러니 사탄은 자신의 통치를 반역하는 예수님을 십자가에 못 밖았는데…
예수님은 오히려 이것을 통해 정당하게 이 세상에 대한 권리를 되찾아 온 것이다.
우리는 이제 하나님 나라가 이 땅에 온전히 실현 되도록…
광야에서 외치는 자의 소리가 되어야겠다.
“회개하라 천국이 임하였다!”
회개는 돌이킴을 말하는데 세상제도로부터 단절하고 하나님 나라 제도로의 귀환이다.
그렇게 회개함으로 천국에 들어가는 것이다.
